Sojo is a conceptual project born from the multi-cultural talents of composer and musician Eirik Breivik Minde, aka Eric Deem or DrDeem.
Since the late 90´s he has worked on developing his love for jazz, hip-hop and improvisation into what can be called indie-funk-jazz or simply eclectica.
In 1999 he met one of his favorite partners-in-crime, Andy Stewlocks, and the two have collaborated on and off ever since. Stewlocks is a caribian born rapper, beatboxer and dancer now based in Holland when he is not travelling the world spreading his love and inspiration.

Over the last two years Deem and Stewlocks have teamed up with producer Thomas Nordvik and worked with some of Bergens fineste musicians to create new music, massively playful and creative.
